Owen has a unique amount of experience and knowledge within the health and fitness industry. He holds diplomas in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, and Yoga Teaching including well-being and holistic studies.

Owen has over 35 years of martial arts experience, he currently holds the rank of Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, 5th Degree Black Belt in Kickboxing, and 5th Degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate. He is also the Head Coach at Next Generation MMA Ireland.

 

Owen has competed in various styles of martial arts at both amateur and professional level from representing Ireland in Kickboxing to winning the Cage Wars MMA championship title.
